Unlike typical racing games that confine your vehicle to the ground, BlumgiRacers introduces a car-to-plane flight transformation mechanic that lets your vehicle take to the skies at any moment, completely changing how you approach every obstacle and track section. When a ground path is blocked by an insurmountable barrier, you can activate flight mode to soar over it, but flying consumes your speed boost reserves and leaves you vulnerable to aerial hazards that ground-based racers never face. This transformation system creates a constant strategic decision point throughout every race: stay on the ground for better control and faster boost recovery, or take to the air to bypass obstacles and find shortcut routes at the cost of your boost meter. Each level offers bronze, silver, and gold medals that encourage you to find the optimal balance between ground racing and aerial shortcuts.
